• The definite documentary on Academy Award winning make-up artist Michael Westmore as well as his legendary family, the Westmores. At one time, a Westmore headed virtually every studio make-up department in Hollywood. Michael won an Academy Award for Mask, as well as nine Emmys for his television work, most notably 17 years as head of the make-up department for Star Trek The Next Generation, Star Trek Deep Space Nine, Star Trek Voyager,  and Star Trek Enterprise as well as four Star Trek features. He was also responsible for the make-up on Sylvester Stallone’s Rocky and several of its sequels, First Blood and several of the Rambo sequels, Raging Bull, New York, New York and many others. Michael started his career in 1960s at Universal Studios, working on such iconic shows as The Munsters, McHale’s Navy and It Takes a Thief.
